Remot is free to use. Its source code is not published, and no rights to it
are granted by this licence.


1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

You may install and use Remot on any number of computers you own or
administer, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge.

You may pass the unmodified installer on to another person, provided you charge
nothing for it and provided this licence travels with it.


2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not:

  (a) sell, rent, license, or otherwise charge anyone for this software;

  (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it;

  (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or attempt to recover its
      source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by
      applicable law;

  (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;

  (e) redistribute it as part of another product, or as part of any paid or
      bundled offering.


3. SOURCE CODE

The source code of Remot is proprietary and confidential. It is not
published under this licence or any other. No licence to copy, use, adapt, or
distribute the source code is granted, whether express or implied.

Earlier versions of this software were published under the MIT licence. That
grant, for those versions, cannot be withdrawn, and this licence does not
attempt to withdraw it. This licence governs this version and every version
released after it.


4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Remot includes open source components that remain under their own licences.
Those licences take precedence over this one for those components, and nothing
here restricts any right they grant you. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.


5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.


6. NO LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
SOFTWARE.


7. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop
using the software and remove it from your computers.
